I had a warranty claim. The staff gave me a number to the warranty company. Everything thing with that was great no problems. The warranty covered the item. I Called the Brick ordered a new replacement of the item. No problem, but I had to wait 13 days for delivery of this item . When the item was delivered the box of this item was opened and damaged.
