These are luxury apartments with great amenities. But the hidden gem are the people. Starting with the manager Julia and her staff. They are always smiling, polite, and ever so helpful. Maintenance staff is the same. Any issues have had have always been addressed within 24 hours, normally within a couple of hours. I'm only three days in to my residency at The Bravern and already wondering how I will ever live anywhere else! Let's start with the leasing and concierge team! I originally toured the property almost a year ago and Colin was fantastic. He showed me several units and even offered to keep in touch with me as new units hit the market - and he did! Its a great place. Concierge Staff is very helpful and resourceful. Sahil, Alan, Colin, Thea and Laura are great people who lead guest services/concierge and leasing. The amenities, indoor finish, appliances, the view and the location are outstanding.Very good system in place for package delivery. They also host some community events which makes it a great community to live. I love this place. I only wish they add more EV charging stations !!
The best apartments to live in Bellevue downtown from a location standpoint. Hands down the best concierge team, every single one of them are always helpful and get any issues resolved within the same hour.
