We just moved in, and everything has been amazing so far. G (maintenance) is the man, we had an issue with our AC that was completely our fault and he came in and quickly fixed it with no issue. Super kind and friendly! Also I have to mention Colin at the front desk, what a legend. If you need anything, just ask him and he will help out the best he can! The entire staff is amazing 👍
G came by to repair my washing machine and I was very impressed with his work. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it with care and expertise. He was courteous, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing. Great service—thank you！
I’ve been living in this apartment for about two years, and it’s been a great experience so far. The building is well-constructed, and both the leasing staff and maintenance team are fantastic. They’re friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever needed
To put it short, the Bravern is home. The building is managed by the kindest and most knowledgeable staff. The maintenance is the true gem of this complex. There aren’t enough good things to say about each of them in terms of skill, professionalism and speediness. I’ve worked most closely with G who always hits it out of the park. We enjoyed living at The Bravern for 2.5 years, but recently moved out after a proposed 17% rent increase. Unfortunately, the quality just doesn’t justify the price. Elevators are often slow or out of service, the lobby lights have been broken for months, and the small gym and limited amenities (two tiny dog runs, two shared grills) are inadequate for a building this size.
