Maintenance staff is very helpful. Jason on the team worked many hours and a few days in a row to help us fix our A/C and install a new dishwasher. Now everything is running smoothly. Many thanks. Update: another great experience today. Heat pump is not working properly. I put in a request after mid night yesterday and Mariano showed up this morning. We lived in the Bravern a few years ago and now we are back. No other apartment building on the east side can match it for luxury, and the staff and amenities are fantastic. We just had our walk through, and it all went great. Our leasing agent, Shamaar, has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. We look forward to a long residency here!
I have lived at the Bravern for two going on three years and I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. I had been hesitant about moving in because of the price point, however - after living here for a few years, I do think the price is justifiable. Such a beautiful building in Bellevue and great amenities. The team was so very welcoming Julia, Jena, Shamaar, Colin and the whole team greeted us with smiles. Highly recommended
Another example of "Corporate rip-offs“ !! They try their best to not return your deposit! Over $200 cleaning fee, painting fee ( we did not even have one nail hole on the wall ), Water fee.. and so on!! They did the inspection walk through and the guy mentioned everything looks good and one of the walls might need paint touch up which we did not accept it. they sent an email afterwards saying something totally different(painting fee for the whole unit)!
