Waited for our waiter 10 min. Then waited 15 min for drinks that never showed. Told another waiter still nothing after another long wait. We left. Extremely poor service. We usually go here each weekend and have watched the service drop over the last few months.

I'm honestly in this place WAY too much lol. I've literally never been disappointed every time I've picked up or dined in. The staff is always warm and friendly but the food?? The Barbeque Skins w/ chicken are always a winner when you want something tasty and quick, the Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Pasta is some of the best cuisine you'll ever have in your life and the burgers are ALL delicious and made to order! We each had a steak that was cooked perfectly, the lobster tail was huge, and we had the best server! I highly recommend.
This place is just amazing. Food is consistent. Service is top notch. Ambiance isn't your typical 'stuffy' steak restaurant. The manager Kimmy is so nice!! We absolutely love this place. You HAVE to check it out. You cannot go wrong with the filet, steak sandwich and salmon entree. Keep being fantastic, Brass Rail. You have a customer for life :).
