First time visit. Hostess was very polite. Awesome service and food. Was in and out in a timely manner at lunch time. Would most definitely go back �
It must have been an off night last night. I ordered steak med well and it was med rare. My friend order steak tips and had same problem with it not coming cooked as ordered. Then was not told there would be an upgrade for the side I chose and waitress brought out two servings so I got charged upgrade twice. Talked to manager and didn't get in sorry got snippy well when I walked past you said everything was good. When I made comment you should let people know about upcharge I got well did you eat all of it 🤔
The Brass Rail is fantastic! They were crowded but we got seated immediately & our waitress was great. The filet was one of the best I have had and the loaded mashed potatoes were fantastic. The prices were not extreme either. You can also sit outside & eat if you choose. Overall a wonderful place & we will be going back very, very soon. Try it, you will not be disappointed.
We actually we're sitting in a different restaurant parking lot, but changed our mind and wanted to try this place for the 1st time. I got a filet mignon with a house salad and loaded mashed potatoes. My husband got a mushroom and Swiss burger with a salad, 1 shrimp skewer and asparagus. Our food was cooked perfectly.
