We really like the buffalo chicken sandwich and many of the items on the menu! It made us sad to hear the Cuban sandwich is gone now though - I was just bragging to the best BbQ place in St.L about this Cuban and that they need to check it out... Oh well.
bad management , they treat their employees like shit
First time visiting and I'm definitely a fan. Loved the smoked wings and my burger and mushrooms were wonderful as well.

Melissa, we do care, and I’m sorry I didn’t get back with you right away. I changed the loaded mashed potato procedure right after reading your message. As for the service, I’m truly sorry. As much as I try to hire exceptional servers and train them to live up to my standards, sometimes we fail, and clearly we did. With regards to the free dessert, we stopped that about 8 months ago because it was being abused. Highly recommend. The roasted potatoes and sautéed mushrooms are great. The burgers were also delicious and I loved my chocolate martini.
We came in for lunch Saturday & had the worst experience we’ve ever had at Brass Rail. The food was ok, but the service was terrible. My husband ordered Cajun fries & asked the waitress if they had Cajun seasoning on them when they arrived, she said “yeah I didn’t write that down, then came back & told him in fact they were seasoned.” They didn’t even taste like they were salted. She never refilled drinks and after another server did for us she walked by and said “yeah I saw you waiting over here.” She also told my daughter ... read more
