I have been seeing Aura at the Brannen Center weekly for 15 months for EMDR and parts work therapy, following an accident in which I sustained a TBI (severe concussion). EMDR is the gold standard of treatment for PTSD, and for me it works extremely well. Talk therapy would take much, much longer to achieve similar results.
