I've lived at the Branden for almost 6 years. This was my first time renting and it could not have gone better. The staff is responsive and friendly, the building is old but well-maintained, the studios are a good size. My unit was newly renovated, and they have been updating other units in the building, including new kitchen appliances. You can't hear the neighbors if they talk at normal levels, the building is mostly quiet. THE BEST EVER APARTMENT AND MANAGEMENT! I lived in the Branden for more than five years, and I enjoyed it more than a lot! This old building with all its original historic features located near the Penn campus, is a great place to live. I never had any issue that wouldn’t be resolved timely and professionally! All I could say about it, is that, it is a great place to live and all the University City Housing (UCH) staffs are so great, friendly and professional! It is the same for their maintenance team.
