Since we’re under new management these apartments has gotten worse anybody is moving in the younger folks is smoking weed so badly in the complex the maintenance is terrible and don’t know what they’re doing I can’t remember the last time pest control came out my the hot water doesn’t last long enough in the shower they just patch stuff up also they changed the locks to the mailboxes and didn’t tell anybody they communicate money payments correctly
I just visited the property today, and it’s immaculate. It’s on the list of properties that I’m interested in, as I’m transitioning back to Birmingham.
Since I've resided here my car has gotten multiple scratches and dents. And now I a huge crack in my window shield and apparently the cameras don't work. So much for security.
Wouldn’t recommend a dog to live here. Roach infested and poor management
I have just signed the lease and haven’t even moved in yet before I was encountered by roach presence I wanted to end my lease on the same day but they want $940 to terminate my lease and it is also messing with my credit I wouldn’t recommend them
