Wouldn’t recommend a dog to live here. Roach infested and poor management
I have just signed the lease and haven’t even moved in yet before I was encountered by roach presence I wanted to end my lease on the same day but they want $940 to terminate my lease and it is also messing with my credit I wouldn’t recommend them
The person (Ms.Phyllis) the owners elected to run there apts complex is extremely Unprofessional. If they don't remove her she will be the reason they're company would be sued!! I. Trying to reach out to Corporate but she will not give that information saying they told her not to give out they're contact info that they don't wanna be bothered with any complaints!
Phylis is very pleasant to talk to. I’m not a resident, but hope to be one day soon.
These apartments are well managed. I had a situation when I first moved in but management was committed to making it right. I am active military and was comforted in the fact that when I'm on duty my apartment was in good hands. Affordable and safe place to live.
