I just visited the property today, and it’s immaculate. It’s on the list of properties that I’m interested in, as I’m transitioning back to Birmingham.
Since I've resided here my car has gotten multiple scratches and dents. And now I a huge crack in my window shield and apparently the cameras don't work. So much for security.
Wouldn’t recommend a dog to live here. Roach infested and poor management
I have just signed the lease and haven’t even moved in yet before I was encountered by roach presence I wanted to end my lease on the same day but they want $940 to terminate my lease and it is also messing with my credit I wouldn’t recommend them
The person (Ms.Phyllis) the owners elected to run there apts complex is extremely Unprofessional. If they don't remove her she will be the reason they're company would be sued!! I. Trying to reach out to Corporate but she will not give that information saying they told her not to give out they're contact info that they don't wanna be bothered with any complaints!
