Thanks much to the front office for being available past their standard office hours - these guys have opened up the doors for me countless times to pick up packages past 6pm and it's very much appreciated. Everyone I've encountered is always positive and energetic at the Live Oaks office - keep up the quality work and thank you.

After my initial visit with Maggie I was dead set on a town-home here. Since I have great rental history, income, and employment I figured this was going to be an easy process...WRONG! Apparently, the reporting company they use erroneously flagged me for criminal history. The manager there, Janelle Rodgers, was extremely rude and basically put everything on me to clear up something that has nothing to do with me.
