RecommendedWe moved our family into the Live Oaks At The Branch for a year, while we renovated our home. Although the complex has a lot going for it, the first few months were not what I would describe as positive, and a lot of other residents felt the same way. Do not live here! They don’t enforce noisy neighbors.. or people parking in handicap places. Walls are paper thin. A year into our stay they had a water leak in one of the walls...it was never fully fixed.. so a cut out of the dry wall remained for about another year. Not sure if they’re offering housing credits are what but we started to see a scary crowd of people about a year ago.. I wouldn’t let my wife walk here at night to save my life.
Needs New management!! Needs: New insulation in their walls. Enforce rules and non handicap people parking in handicap (gold benz on level 2 parking garage of Teak) places.. I could go on for hours!
walking thru and seeing these .it has a very inviteing location. and the staff no matter who they are will make you feel always welcome. this community is pet friendly and children love our pool and friendly neighbors. drugs are not welcome.ijs
I don't hate it, but since my finger was over the Stars, it picked a star, and now I can't remove the star! That, I hate!
