I wish I would have read the reviews first. I would have saved myself time, money and the drive from Wisconsin. They told me they could retwist my hair. It was awful. Stevie Wonder could have done a better job. A couple of them in the back were undone when I got there, and were still undone when I got home. The lady didn't use any product to hold the twists in place. Not again. No, no, double heck no.
We took my 6 year old daughter there to get her hair braided for her birthday party. We had made an appointment, but still waited over half an hour before we we were seen. We tried to explained what we wanted to the hairstylist who did not speak English about 6 times, 6 different ways. We tried multiple times to get her to understand. When she did not follow our instructions we asked her to take out the braid. When we did that the Manager came over and yelled at us that we needed to decide what we want and not waste the hair... read more
