After five years of living at the Braeburn, it’s time to say goodbye and switch from apartment living to the house lifestyle. I can’t say enough good things about Spearhead Properties! The Braeburn in particular is an old complex (though I can only speak for my non-updated unit) and so had some quirks and some well worn aspects to it. Best management I've ever had.
Friendly management!
I subleased a 2*1 for 8 months. The facilities are great for the price. Near UT, and all major bus routes. The administration is very responsive towards maintenance issues etc.
