Grt management and maintenance team...all utilities paid apt is the best to select...save urself up to $300 a month...I luv xtra heat and AC...especially when u don't pay for it...no deposit to move in...save urself another $1200-1500...very affordable rent...they fix everything the same day or next...depends wat it is...excellent location in the middle of everything...qwk shot to 40...70...and 81...I have two pets...and cln up after them...but there r pigs here that don't... I have lived here for 4 years and am very happy. Gary the manager and the staff are wonderful and actually know who I am. Maintenance has always been prompt and fixed things right away. Despite the age of the apt bldgs they have done upgrades and the rent is very affordable. I have recommended them to my friends.

Arrogant Management and staff.. Maintenance people are OK, but it's tough to get hold of them... The houses are very old and the floors CREEEEkKKK..!!! All the furniture is also old and outdated ... Serious changes are required... Tap water stinks ... Overall, not worth the money u pay to stay ...
Glad we moved here, close to stores and bus stops. Maintenance does an excellent job keeping grounds clean just wish pet owners would clean up after their pets.
