I worked there as a maintenance man and they literally didnt care about their tenants nor their employees. I was told to shadow an employee on turning an apartment for new tenants to move in and the employee left all day long while I, who was in training, was left to complete a 4 page list of the other employees work. Update: The property manager has contacted me and I will applaud her ability to diffuse and manage the unsafe situation in the apartment. I, however, am disappointed in the customer service they have provided as a leasing office. Hopefully this can be a wake up call to the staff that there’s no shame in apologizing and escalating the issue properly. Management is the worst. Do not move here. I lived here for the past two years and have recently moved. Full of section 8 tenants. Police are there every night. During my two years I went through 4 refrigerators losing all food each time. Two dishwashers. My unit was on ground level. It flooded twice because the sewer flogged up so had to deal with poop carpet. I lost my big screen TV and 2 video players due to the infestation of bugs. They have to spray every two weeks. I had bugs (roaches) going across my screen from the i... read more

We have been here about two weeks. For apartment living I give them a 5. Rachel was very helpful and worked hard for us. Our apartment does have some normal wear and tear that any other place would have. The grounds always seem to be cleaned. It is also very quite here. Hopefully the awesomeness continues thru our lease and longer! I will tell anyone looking for a place to start here.
