Want to give a shout out to Katrina at the leasing office. I had inquired at several rental properties around Lancaster and York counties. Even through I did not end up at Chelsea Village, Katrina was the only person that did a follow up a few weeks later and sent me information for review twice just to make sure I got it. I hadn't even toured the facility yet. To see that level of customer service to a potential renter really is hard to find.
