I lived here longer than any employee, even longer than the management company has been there. I've had multiple work orders cancelled not addressed I've been asking for almost two years to have my vents cleaned because there was literally dust blowing out of them causing both my children to have bloody noses one being less than 2 months old at the time, I've vacuumed them myself many times it didnt help, my carpet was shot and pulling up cutting my son multiple times. From the trash everywhere, to helping organize the community clean up, to work orders being cancelled but never completed... the list is endless. We lived there for 3 years, they then tried to charge us $1000.00 to repair damages that were there prior to us moving in. Stay away. I strongly recommend that you read the review from previous employees as well. -10 stars

Wow I was the Service Manager there at the Bradford and I loved it there till the new manager came and and I left, you believe she try to charge me 451 when i moved out saying that my carpet was torn and it was bad when i move in and over the next two years it got worst when i vacuum. And said i left trash in my unit and try to get me to pay again for water and sewerage, when i have a statement saying it was payed. Here are my pictures of my unit you let me know.
When we first moved here this was a great place, so we thought. fast forward to today. 4 police involved situations regarding neighbors. Nothing being done by the management company, or local police. The community is filled with children that curse like sailors... long story short. if you're looking for a place to raise a child respectfully... STAY AWAY!!!!
RecommendedJust recently moved in from out of state and from the beginning they were so helpful.. the day we moved in we need maintenance and it was amazing how quickly he was here and fixed the issue. I honestly never had something fixed that quick at previous places we rented from!! The staff is amazing especially Charlene she’s been terrific since the very beginning .. she made this move so easy for us. Also love being able get email alerts when things are happening. I highly do not recommend them. If your credit is not that good don't even bother and waste your time. Unfortunately we wasted ours. I will never recommend anyone to apply here.
