...and I haven't even moved in yet! I have literally 9 days to move (leave one State and move to MD). Working with Tika (Property Manager) to find my next home was a pleasure! After looking at 20+ apartments from Annapolis to Washington DC in this current search, I can tell you nothing matches The Bowen in terms of customer service, amenities and value for money. You all are soooo full of it. My roommate and I just moved out only to be hit with $454 worth of carpet repair??!!!!!? We left out apartment spotless and you alljust NEEDED a reason to charge us. Let's not mention my car being broken into RIGHT OUTSIDE the front door! I will NEVER suggest this place to anyone! Thank God we left.
