The store front girls are all amazing and super friendly. I have been shopping here since it opened. The online person which I believe they told me her name is Tatiana super unprofessional. The online person is cancelling all my orders for I don't know what reasons. I've sent serveral emails and only replied saying the item is out of stock. However, everytime they cancel the item shows up back in stock. I ordered another dress they just posted and they did the same thing of cancelling my order with no explanation. This was one of my favorite store but I will never buy anything else from this place and I stopped all my coworkers and friends from shopping here. It's the worst!!!! The claim to have sent my package and UPS never delivered it. They said they did but I never got it. I need my stuff for my vacation and all I am getting is the run around from them and UPS. They refuse to resend the items and keep telling me they waiting on UPS. This happened to me before and the store sent my stuff back. I spent $125 ..... .now I am out of it... read more
I Had the best experience at The Boutique yesterday. The store has the cutest and trendiest clothes. I went with my daughter to shop for a wedding guest dress and the girls were very helpful and kind! They pulled out the most gorgeous teal gown that fits my body perfectly. My daughter wanted this dress that she liked on Instagram and the girls helped us order it for 24 hour store pickup! Such a great feature! Will be coming back to The Boutique!
