I love living here. I finally feel safe again. IF I had to find a complaint I guess it would be the time it takes maintenance to get here. But even that isn't very bad lol the office staff is incredibly sweet. Even sent my daughter a birthday card. I love this place and will stay here as long as I can. I've never had such a wonderful living experience.

I lived at the Boulevard for over three years and it was an amazing apartment complex! Pool area is awesome! Loved the gym and the staff.... most wonderful staff I have ever delt with!! I am a stay at home mom and when I would got bored the staff was always warm and welcoming when it came to a hot coffee and a nice visit!! Would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking to live in Deer Park!!!👍👍👍

Moved here from Louisiana, not knowing the area. So glad I made this choice. Great community, events, pool, and gym is always empty. Very safe and clean. The office staff is the best part! They are amazing, friendly and professional.
I have lived here for over 2 years and would like to say this complex is awesome! The staff is awesome, my neighbors are friendly and I've never had a problem the staff wasn't able to fix! Best complex I've lived in so far!
