This is a great place to live! Josh is very responsive and keeps this place looking good. Les, the maintenance person, is the fastest at repairing stuff. He's called on a Friday night after submitting a request in the late afternoon. Things are usually taken care of the same day or the next day early. The management is really good. If you are affiliated with the hospital, like many people are in this building, it's convenient. It's about a 20 minute walk. My partner and I moved into The Boulevard during a busy, hectic part of our lives. However, the process of leasing, moving in, and living at The Boulevard was not stressful! Josh has always been around to answer our questions, and definitely keeps this place well taken care of. Even the maintenance guy here is great and has taken care of any issues almost as soon as they were reported. If we didn't have to move out of Madison this year, we absolutely would've kept our apartment here. All in all, we had a very positive living... read more
