Rude management staff Current renter whenever I have an issue I can’t get through to the front office sends me to voicemail. I walk into the tiny leasing office and the manager May is playing on her phone! This is beyond frustrating I have lived here since 2016 and I don’t understand how she is still employed. If she does get around to assisting you she is rude and condescending. My place has a scorpion issue and nothing has been done. Renters beware!

Thanks I live here now, how you communicate with Management, and Maintenance staff could make for a much better relationship. Just treat people, the way you want to be treated. we

Maintenance is a joke. Maintenance is a a joke. They take forever to do anything. They might start a repair but it takes months to finish it. This is now the second time in 2 weeks I haven't had hot water. Last time it took 4 days to get it fixed. We pay cam fees and I'm not sure why since this place is always a trashy mess. So disappointed. There's absolutely nothing good about this place. I pay way too much in rent and fees to Live in such a horrible place.

Not the best place to live When something breaks and maintenance checks it out they never repair the problem. Our problems are the dishwasher leaks water, the washing machine does not spin the water out of the cloths and the dryer has a clicking sound. Our mail box has marks like someone is trying to break in. We had a mold issue that forced us to stay in a motel. Low quality complex Everyone here is incompetent. The front office is unprofessional and doesn't move with urgency or expediency when there's dozens of people waiting in their tiny leasing office. They're grossly understaffed and slow to fix maintenance issues, including having to make numerous complaints for same issue. The units are outdated and there's no sense that the owners care about upkeep. Customer service lets an abundance of calls go to voicemail, as I've had to come to office when calls go ignored. Don't move here... 0 stars This place is horrible. You will wait several months for your work order to be done. Police are in here a lot more than they used to be, neighbors are loud and rowdy. This place is dirty. If you're looking for a nice upscale place to move, this is definitely not it but if you're looking for somewhere that will charge you a lot but not worth the money this is your place. Thank you! We just wanted to thank the gentleman in the office. We came by to tour the property and he was so nice to chat with, welcoming, and made us feel valued. There were so many people in the office at the time of our visit but he managed to accommodate everyone. That really is exceptional customer service. Silverwood Apartments I just moved in the beginning of this month. All has been good very nice and quite had a few issues with maintance but they took care of all issues in one week. So far good move.
