Most unsafe I've ever felt. Extremely unsafe area with nothing done ro keep its residents safe or taken care of. Overpriced and love to tow residents cars for a profit with a tow company.

Beautiful Units & Incredible Management So many amazing things to say about this property iv had a few apartments this is by far my favorite . Very quite gated community. Units look exactly like pictures. Never had a bug problem. Management gets service requests done within 48hrs.Love assigned parking spaces. They have a room where your packages go so there not left in front of your door. Meh Leased here back in 2018 as my first apartment. Was super excited to move in, until we had a roach problem. Reported it to the office, they did a first spray.. roaches still came through. Reported it again, did a second spray, still the roaches came by. The third time they had to do a “special” spray down.. and roaches were significant less. They were still here and there.
