Watch out for all the fees This place charges the most fees than any other apartment I've ever lived in. Prepare to pay at LEAST $130 in monthly fees. They charge $20 just to park in a covered parking spot. Since I've lived here, at least 2 people have died. Helicopters, cops, people shooting at each other, ambulances pretty much every other day (if not every day). The fire alarms go off in the middle of the night every few months and your whole building will be sitting outside waiting over an hour before it stops. People st... read more

Resident The apartments are full of crap they take f0rever to fix your needs Thiers dog poop all over the complex , The water to shower comes out hot then cold all of a sudden my daughter and I have goten burned due to the water changing on it's own and I complained about it and they said they cant do anything about it that's just how it is which is stupid because I lived In other apartments befor and it has never happened to me , I could continue but i would never finish thank god my contract is almost over !

Won’t give me a refund I put in an application June 28th and got denied. I’m a disabled Veteran on a fixed income and need my $300 refund. They said they cut me a check in July. I never received it, now I move in 2 1/2 weeks. Can’t get them on the phone and supposedly accounting thinks it’s going to take longer than that to see I never got the check. This is ridiculous, there are soooo many other apartments in Vegas that treat people with respect. I would look elsewhere if I was you.
