Look somewhere else not worth it. They raise the rent every year when the rent is already so expensive. 2 bedroom at the newer models for us will be at $4,259 for a 12 month renewed lease. Rents go up but this is crazy and they think we all work for a high tech industries as engineers. The visa holders that works for these companies around the area are the only ones that can afford it and one of the cause of price hikes so unfair. If you are looking for a nice place to live and enjoy your stay don’t even consider this place, rent is very high for the Quality, most of the people you found there are through Airbnb, and This is what you get when you move out from Cobalt apartment see attached, 1 days rent although we moved out same moving date in the AM, left the apartment spotless I have pictures, 2 times garbage charge, paint and cleaning, although there was no damage or garage left, I have lived in few fancy apartment and the service, Communication... read more
Mansion Grove is very nice apt complex, clean, nice yards, secured, a place you can truly call home, the people at the office are exceptional very courteous and knowledgeable, if anything needs to be repaired they are there quick to arrive. I'll give them for all this a 5 star but because of the issues parking i only give a 2 star rating because there is plenty of space but unfortunately people instead of parking in designated parking underneath the complex the majority park outside on the designated 3 digit parking and peop... read more
THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!! AND SOME HOW THE MOST PART IS THE LANDLORD!!
We lived at the Boulders for 14 months and were extremely happy and satisfied during our stay. We found the grounds well-manicured and maintained. Our staff was extremely helpful and kind throughout our stay. We have lived in many large apartment complexes and it's easy to feel like another number, but this stay would also say hello, remembering not just our names but even our unit number (there's over 100 here!).
