Update: *my previous message below was 4 stars...now there are many issues!!! 1. The pool was only functional for a few weeks. But because they didn't have gate control, MANY kids from surrounding communities came and it overloaded the pool chemicals and things were broken. (not a good idea to put rocks near the pool area) 2. I've been here 1yr and 2mo. I just found out that we are under 3rd, new management. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX. The 5 star reviews likely paid for a more expensive unit. Do not bother with their cheaper units because they likely all have structural and mold issues. Hang on to the paper they give you claiming your unit hasn't had water/flood damage. When I moved to this complex last October, management was amazing and responsive. I lived there for one year. Specifically, from August 2024 through August 2025. First and foremost, this property I believe is now in great hands with the new property manager.
