My husband and I bought our first home with Cathy and Jeff. They walked us through every step of the process and made sure we knew all of our options. We closed SO fast and 15k under list price! It was an incredibly smooth experience and I can not recommend them enough!
Would not recommend, has nice properties but has a serious struggle to communicate with interested tenants. Sent in an application along with 4 messages and didn’t bother to reply at all. Property is now sold with no reply still. If you want to get in contact, might as well show up at their door.
