Worst service ever. You will be ignored for an hour if not more before someone sees you.
No place better for all your bone and joint issues. I had Dr. Flaherty and he was amazing! He listens and cares and develops a treatment plan that is best for you. The whole staff are caring people which is really nice to see.
Bone and Joint group is by far the premier Ortho group. From Dr Alfred, Dr Fuchs, and now with Dr Flaherty, I consider myself extremely lucky. My care has been exceptional .. thank you!!
The staff was so nice. I wasn't to impressed with the doctor. I saw JORDAN for my Achilles on my left foot. I will be seeing another doctor for my right knee later in the month. With that said the doctor did not look at my medication list to see that I was already on anti inflammatory medicine for Lupus. And the dude didn't help me off the table! Everyone from the front desk to X- Ray tech to Dr. Gerdeman were friendly and professional. Dr. Gerdeman was quickly able to assess my injured knee and ordered X-rays. His experience and confidence was reassuring and I only needed a cortisone shot which provided significant improvement by the next day. He answered all my questions and provided clear explanations of my situation and what I could expect in the future. I would highly recommend him.
