**Secretary bold face lied to medical advisor about a phone call.** My mother had a knee surgery planned here but just be aware that this place is a Shut up and take what we give you type of service provider. And lord help you if your confused or need answers. This is just our personal experience. when dealing with so many customers as they do you’re bound to mess up. But out and out lying as well as insulting a customers intelligence is extreme. Pay attention to the secretary’s that your hiring Bone & Joint Center.
Terrible parking if you have injures and have problems moving, parking is down the road you have to walk to get to the front door seriously ridiculous
Worst service ever. You will be ignored for an hour if not more before someone sees you.
No place better for all your bone and joint issues. I had Dr. Flaherty and he was amazing! He listens and cares and develops a treatment plan that is best for you. The whole staff are caring people which is really nice to see.
Bone and Joint group is by far the premier Ortho group. From Dr Alfred, Dr Fuchs, and now with Dr Flaherty, I consider myself extremely lucky. My care has been exceptional .. thank you!!
