Oh my gosh it was really good. I had a Caesar salad with Salmon and my husband had the shrimp scampi. We both had clam chowder, oh yes
I was looking for a place that measured up to The Oyster Bar at Palace Stion Casino in Las Vegas, NV. The Boiler seasons the food a little differently but it was as good what I order at Palace Station with slightly smaller portions.
We came to eat dinner with the family. It didn't appear that busy but they made us wait at least 20 minutes to sit us down because they were waiting for additional staff to arrive. The food always gets 4+ stars in our view, however, the service does not match the 15% gratuity that is AUTOMATICALLY added to every party (regardless of size). I would hope that restaurant management reconsider this mandatory premium charge or at the minimum, have adequate staffing so they can provide us with premium service.
Your food is sooooooooooo tasty! I wonder what is your secret behind the Pan Roast we ordered? So delicious! I can't compare it with any place we ate! It's different! And your cooking kettle , your cooks, your place is so classy! Keep up the good work! Will surely come back there!
Never been to a Steam Kettle Cooking Restaurant, never had Louisiana flavor either, The Boiler offered both, and they offer the customer to choose the level of spiciness. Called in for reservation, they offer "Counter" or "Table", suggesting since it is out first time, sit at the counter in front of the chef, getting a full view of the Steam Kettle Cooking, which we accepted.
