RecommendedOne of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in! The atmosphere and vibe in this place is amazing. The rooftop bar and riverfront bars are amazing too!!
We enjoyed a wonderful girls’ weekend getaway trip! Carmel was hilarious and amazingly helpful! They offer fabulous food and delicious drinks. The entire staff is friendly and very pleasant! It was a great place to stay!
The restaurant and hotel roof top bar are perfection! The deco is amazing!
great atmosphere, always a good time
The staff is amazing! The decor is beautiful. I will definitely stay here again. When we went to the restaurant the manger Scott was very accommodating. The waitress Amanda was sweet and friendly. The bartender was really nice I believe his name was Andrew.
We made a reservation, then waited 25 minutes, receiving nothing but water and being “waited on” by three different people. Not a good impression. We left.
Views were great but service was terrible. Waited an insanely long time to have our food order taken, then 45 minutes for two orders of cold fries and a cheese plate. Ordered a margarita, it was so sweet I could barely drink it so I asked for another drink and then was charged for it, manager was
Amazing riverfront location. Great staff. We have a 1.5 year old with us and I was headed downstairs to get a glass of milk for her. I happened to mention that I wished there was a fridge in our room on the elevator going down. The manager was on the elevator too and had a fridge brought to my room by the time I was back upstairs. Top notch service and a beautiful hotel.
Ridiculously overpriced. Room was in a bad location on second floor and a loud buzzing/humming noise would randomly begin throughout the night. Cars on the river front playing loud music into the wee hours kept my family from getting much sleep. It is an ok hotel but not worth the price. Super friendly staff and good food. I would not recommend this hotel.
