The room was nice, nothing great though. The service was slow. Our breakfast service was one of the worst experiences. I hate giving bad reviews, but for the price, we were disappointed
My best friend and I recently brought our mothers to Savannah. We could not have asked for better service from every single staff member. Cedric was amazing and so kind to our parents, who needed assistance. The beautiful balcony room overlooking the river was a great view, and the sounds of the music being played by a gentleman on River Street made it even more magical. Rocks on the Roof was a great view, Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was great as well. I will definitely return!
