The staff is VERY rude and they try to charge you for things that you didn't do. Even after a month or more has gone bye. Also their pictures of the place are very deceiving. Patio on the river. Barely big enough to walk on to. Only way you could sit and watch the sunset is if you say on the ground. Might I say again...VERY VERY RUDE STAFF!!!!
Loved the hotel! Everyone expect people at front desk were extremely pleasant. For some reason the people at getting desk seemed to need a day off or lay off the crabby patties. Gorgeous rooms and bathtroms to die for. The roof top lounge was a huge plus!
We had an 8:30pm reservation for over a month for a bachelorette party. First, the cocktails and beer were horrific. Second, of 11 people only one person got the correct meal. Third, at 10pm we asked for the bill and at 10:30pm the bill came out. Completely and totally incorrect. It's now past 11pm and we still have not received the bill. This is hands down the WORST experience I've ever had for dinner. Honestly, McDonalds is better and I hate fast food.
When ever I have company from out of town - this is a "must" - and I always appreciate the smiles and thank you from my guests.... Yep, it's that good!
