Gorgeous hotel and we loved the location. We will definitely go back!
Never completed the requests from our reservation and were right below rooftop bar which was very annoying until after midnight
The staff was exceptional. They went the extra mile and then some. The king size bed in our wonderful river front room needs a new mattress. You shouldn't sink into the hollow created by someone else sleeping there. Desk chair was ripped. Bath was clean as could be, but with only a shower and no tub you shouldn't have to ask for a shower cap. Drinks at the rooftop bar were good!
We had a marvelous Thanksgiving breakfast by the river.
My sister and I stayed there in June and had a delightful time. We had the room facing the city and at our request they immediately changed us to the river view. The young man at the front desk was so kind to my sister and myself. He suggested the roof top bar and that was amazing, as was breakfast downstairs the next morning. We walked the riverfront stores to shop and picked up our car later that day (valet). This place and all the staff we encountered were first class! You have to experience this place.
