Dr. Rachel Traynor and Dr. Jamie Kuhl listen to what you are experiencing and ask questions in order to aid in treatment and recovery. The exercises they recommend are personalized and specific to each visit/body issue. I have never visited any other chiropractors or physical therapist that truly listen and care about their patients more than them!
Needed an appointment last minute and Rachel accommodated that. Immediately relief from pain I was experiencing! Highly recommend!
Jamie has been awesome work with. I have been battling some running related injuries and she has helped me fix some of the acute problems and work on fixing the issues long term. She is great explaining the "why" for everything. She also does a great job of remembering all sorts of details and making me feel valued as a person. I have felt confident recommending several other people to go see her!
Jamie listened attentively and focused exercises and treatments to meet my unique needs. I really appreciate the way she considered my experience in my body, and how to best support me and provide relief when I needed it. I will send others her way, and will return. Thank you!
I came into the Body Lab with a problem I didn't know if they could help me with. I very much appreciate how well I was listened to and they worked with me to create a very personalized plan. It's taking time, but I feel that I am making progress to get better.
