Great Place I love coming here after a day on the lake. The food is reasonably priced and delicious. There is the option of outdoor dining as well which is always nice. I strongly recommend this restaurant.
Lovely atmosphere, great view The Boat House Restaurant, located on Lake Wallenpaupack is a great place for a family dinner or a date without the kids. The food is very good and consistent. I have been there to eat at least 4 times and all four times we received excellent service. The entree selection is large; slightly ordinary but that is the area for you. PROS: Good food, great service. CONS: Menu is not that creative
Good eat The restaurant is located on Lake Wallenpaupack, you can literally walk across the parking lot and be standing on a dock with boats. Because of its location it makes for a very enjoyable dinner spot. They have a bar, which is nice cause you can have drinks while you wait, and with your meal. The service is good, as well as the food. My only concern is the wait at dinner time (the only time I have been there so not sure if its different at other times).
