I am writing because I want to share a very disappointing experience my mother had at your leasing office on July 18, because it felt very Discriminatory. She had an appointment scheduled for 11:45 a.m. to tour the property on my behalf, as I am the prospective tenant. She accidentally thought the appointment was at 1:45 p.m., so she called the office to explain that she would be late. We chose to move into this apartment complex primarily because of the pool and the amenities that were advertised. It’s now July 4th, and residents still don’t have access to the pool, with no clear timeline for when it will finally open. Management has explained that the pool requires a lifeguard to be present, which is completely understandable.
