The meat at this shop is the best ever; a plus that it is local grown. I've purchased the beef tenderloin twice and a chuck roast. The steaks were bacon-wrapped and lightly salted with garlic salt then grilled. You could cut them with a fork and the flavor was incredible. It is worth the extra for that special evening. The roast was just as tender and delicious. Can't wait to get my next order.
Best place in town to get steaks n chops. The bacon is superb and the sausages are perfect. Highly recommended.
