8.21.2015 I purchased Steaks for dinner guests and was not happy. None of us, including my guests, could chew the steaks.....Nice fellows but they need to watch what they sell a new customer.
We bought 2.5lbs of brisket and 2lbs of beef short ribs. The brisket was amazing but unfortunately the ribs were so tough we couldn't even chew them. Very disappointing for the amount they cost.
Great people operate this place. My dad and I have been here at few times. Adding brew to the mix was a must, I can't wait to tilt back a few cold ones very soon.
Our first time buying meat there this evening. Our steaks were totally delicious, grilled at home to perfection. Love this place!!

Just went in for a regular lunch sand which. They have my favorite pulled pork and brisket.... But they were all out today :( so I "settled" for a Ham sand which. Holy Heck was it amazing. Especially with that Beer/Whiskey mustard. Fantastic! Even got some flank bones for Lady. She was one happy dog this evening. Thanks guys! Always a pleasure.

These guys make the best sausages around. Also had a wonderful pork tenderloin. Keep up the good work!
