The building has amazing views and excellent amenities. The whole leasing process was smooth, and Flor was incredibly helpful throughout.
We just moved into the building and submitted a checklist of items needing attention as part of our move in inspection list. Govino spent nearly 3 hours addressing everything—from fully replacing our washer/dryer to unclogging a very blocked tub drain. He even caught details we missed, swapped out hardware, and left everything spotless. Great start as new residents!
