I have been living here for few years. The building is trying to charge everything they can to the tenant. The common area fee / electricity / water are all way higher than other buildings. Management team is not good as well. Stay away
Govino was excellent. We had an issue with the bathtub and he was able to come by quickly and fix the issue which involved getting a new part to be installed. He was super friendly and helpful and made the whole process super smooth
BLVD 475 is a great building. The front desk staff are incredible, everything is clean, and the maintenance team is outstanding and very responsive. My one gripe is that you split the electricity evenly across the whole building - beware of this. The electric bills are astronomical. People are charging their cars, there are individual AC/heater units in every room, and who knows what else. This building is great and I am happy I was able to renew my current lease. Julian Serna was very attentive and considerate since the beginning and helped me to find the best option for me. I am glad I will stay another year in the BLV Collection building.
Govino from maintenance was great and very helpful!
