Keston lal from maintenance is really helpful, had an issue in my apartment and he resolved it super quick.
I love my apartment and the building amenities are great. The service response time has been quick although I haven’t needed it a lot (which is good). The move in process was a breeze and Janice was so great! They were extremely inflexible about letting me do my pre-move in inspection the evening before I collected keys but turns out there wasn’t much to inspect. Apartment was beautifully serviced. Luxury apartments ? Be prepared to deal with broken elevator ALL the time. Did you forget your keys and need somebody to open it? For $175 they can do it - they’ll always find way to make more money. Dog park included? Sure, with tons of poops. God forbid you try to post any complain on the building chat - they will delete it as it doesn’t meet the community guidelines.
