Great place to live. Front desk is amazing and make it very hospitable to live here; especially Andres and Mariano.
Valia is the heart of the concierge team! She’s always cheerful, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. No matter how busy things get, she greets everyone with a smile and takes care of every detail with care and efficiency. It’s always a joy to see her at the front desk — thank you, Valia, for all that you do!
I’ve really enjoyed living here, the recent wellness program being a pleasant surprise and one of the highlights has been the welcoming presence at the front desk. Vailia is always warm, professional, and makes coming home feel even better. She even takes the time to greet and play with my dog, which we both look forward to every day. It’s small touches like this that make the building feel more like a community than just a place to live.
From touring to moving into our apartment the BLVD staff was truly excellent. They assisted all along the move in journey - from keeping us on track with our tasks to recommending vendors. Really great experience! Special shout out to Jennier Llambelis for the tour and all the communication along the way!
I really love Valia, her warmth and energy is always contagious!
