This property management company has yet to return our holding deposit and application fee after nearly a month of us being forced to call numerous times and physically go to the leasing office, to no avail. I am an Active Duty Sailor in the US. Navy. I moved to San Diego in DEC2017 and I have lived at Arrive Mission Valley Apartments for 12 months starting in DEC2017-NOV2018. This company doesn't care about the laws that protect you. I have been out of my apartment 15 weeks and they still haven't given me my deposit back. I've called numerous times and they still haven't returned my calls. They owe me almost $1000 and the law says they're supposed to give me the money after 60 days. Don't rent from these people. It was a horrible experience moving in, horrible while I lived there, and obviously still horrible now.

I have lived here for 27 months and it has never been pleasant. The first 12 months it was when the apartment was still Encore and the property management company was terrible. I was planning on leaving, but was told the new management company is different. Nope, Mille (Trinity PM) worse. When I switched to another apartment unit, I had the application and security fees added to my last apartment’s rent. Deceitful & Unethical behavior from staff and management (Toni & Rachel)!! Trinity's staff has made a promise to reimburse me for my Uhaul extended keep and other fees when they did not have my apartment ready for me to move in on the day agreed upon. Then they did not return my phone calls for weeks, after which their area manager Toni informed me that her VP Rachel decided that they will not be reimbursing me those fees. You can do everything right and ReNew at the Shops will get it wrong! I cosigned for my daughter and her roommates in May 2016. We signed a year lease and paid rent on time EVERY SINGLE MONTH. When we moved out in June 2017, we turned in everything, three employees were there to witness this, including Laura. Low and behold about 21 days later, they charged us for keys and remotes that they saw us turn in. They even checked them off the list. THEY ARE NOT A SENIOR PLACE ANYMORE! After being lied by phone of all the online ads they do ALL THE SERVICES HAVE BEEN STOPPED. I STILL HAVE A LONG LIDT OF THINGS NOT FIXED. THE POOL IS NEVER CLEANED, THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE TOO. I LIVE IN A WHEELCHAIR, I WAS VERY UPSET TO SEE MY DOOR ENTRANCE IS IN A CORNER! Endless lies they tell u and now rent out to normal people all services stopped. I WANT OUT OF THERE WITH PAID MOVING!

I'm actually leasing an one bedroom apartment at the Hudson of westchase. I have several problems. For starters when my apartment wasn't ready that first day when I drove almost seven hours from MS to get here I should of left then! This is my first apartment so it's new to me.
