I liked these apartments very much except the rents climbing up. Very peaceful area. Good schools. Staff are really great. I would say exceptional. I suggest these apartments to friends.
Lived here for 5 years and prices are forever climbing up. 1,200.00 for a 1 bed room? While the mortgage on my new townhouse is 950. Own, don't rent. Look up Kevan Carlson with Equity Colorado.
