Nothing but issues living here. Even when my apartment flooded multiple times they would t let me change units without canceling my lease and jacking my rent up. Some of the staff was friendly, others were rude and condescending.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. Hands down the worst renting experience of my life. From the moment we walked into the leasing office, the staff was rude and uninviting (Russ and some young latino guy in particular). The move out experience was horrid, they tried to charge me $1500 for the floors, Tatiana was very rude when we called for clarification. It’s overly expensive for what it is. I have been at the Bluffs for over a year and I really enjoy the monthly resident events. Management has really gone out of their way to make that the apartments and community enjoyable. I would definitely recommend.
4.5 stars We have lived here for almost two years now. While the prices are market value, they tend to be slightly less than surrounding complexes. we have always had a great experience with the staff and maintenance gets to work asap. The biggest issue are people who dont pick up their dog poop.
Upon being approved for an apartment, Russell MacDonald has stated that I was in collections from a previous apartment. After playing phone tag with Russ and his crew at the bluffs, I found that the information was inaccurate. I requested information from Russ and got the run around as to why I was declined. I’ve been renting for over 7 years. Myself, and my 4 year old son now have to scramble to find a place to live because Russ Approved us and declined us on move in day. I would never move here again, this company gives you the run around! We bought a house and had to break our lease. We received an email stating one price was owed and then the next day told it would be 50% more! So disappointing, I would not recommend anyone lives here. Aside from that there are wasps everywhere you look outside. A very negative experience for my family
No problem with the staff love our apartment. Just relocating.
