Had great Gumbo, and music by Big Al and the Heavyweights was superb.
Pure Southern! DO NOT MISS the Chicken and Waffles! The Roasted Beet Salad with Cummin dressing is OUTSTANDING! Baked Bean with Kielbasi --- delish! The Short Ribs over Grits --- over the top! The staff is attentive and the music experiences are memorable --- challenge your friends to name the celebrities pictured on the wall! Great fun --- an experience not to miss!
Thank you to the Blue Rooster for being so helpful and accommodating for Our resent Joyce Family outing. We were thrilled to travel to your place to share with our nephew/grandson to hear Ari and Alibis play. It truly is my father in law favorite band and he wanted to share with his grandson. Gospel Brunch on Mother's Day was awesome! The buffet choices were yummy and plentiful but the best part was the show - Truality brought the fire. We'll be back!
