This place is a big rip off. Call me was a story I have for you about this place.
My hubby and I had our Valentine's Day dinner at the Blue Raven last night. The woman who was working the front of the house was talking to another couple when we arrived about losing their reservations. When they were seated, we told the lady that we had reservations for 5:15. She looked at us and said " we only hold reservations for 5 minutes and we are booked up". We were NOT late. The Blue Raven just ruined our Valentines Day Dinner. We had friends travel 9 hours to visit and go to this special dinner. After calling 2 1/2 weeks ahead to make my reservation for 6 and calling back 3 different times to confirm they sat 2 people at our 6 person table then after treating us like we were inconveniencing them they acted like they were doing us a favor by sitting us in the bar at a high top table. Needs new management desperately. Never in my life have I been treated like such a burden from the second I walked in the door. The hostess are absolutely and completely rude and could take lessons from Applebee's! Do not recommend! Not a pleasurable experience time after time.
Great food, but the front of the house waitstaff is extremely rude on every occasion. New management is desperately needed.
