Over priced food without the quality you would expect. This may be the most "fancy" restaurant in town but by no means is it the best. Anyone who has ventured outside the boundaries of eastern Kentucky to any larger civilization knows what a true upscale dining experience is like. The waiters are quick and professional. I made a reservation yesterday for 5:30 today. Showed up ready to eat and was told we didn't have a reservation. So we were turned away because they were completely booked, although there appeared to be plenty of open tables when we arrived on time at 5:30. Whoever took my reservation yesterday obviously didn't write my name down even though she asked me how to spell it... They didn't even attempt to seat us or try to make up for their mistake. Chose this restaurant with high hopes after reading Trip Advisor reviews but came away with a ho-hum, won't go back again experience. Sorry to say food was nothing special and speaking of specials...they were out before 7pm. Although he brought the wrong drink, we did have a nice waiter, John, but the owner was on high alert when we took indoor condiments to our outdoor table (which had none). She snatched them away from our dinner partner while snapping that she would bring him some...seriously...who does this over cheap sh... read more
