AMAZING food and service! I ordered the Drum Florentine and it was perfect I can't think of anything that could have been added to the plate to make it better. Definitely a must try!!

Watermelon margarita was good. I Like that it had fresh watermelon not the syrup. Had the drum special. Delicious. Portions are good. Couldn't eat it all. Will definitely return.

We loved it! Thanks to Tony Posado Sr. for an an awesome experience and great food. The menu very diverse and creative. You must try for yourself!
We ate here for the first time tonight. It was a great experience. Wonderful generous servings...great service...and most of all great food. Highly recommended!

We were told this was a must place to try while visiting CC. So happy we listened because it was awesome! Don't be fooled by the building...not the eye catcher buy food is worth it. We went late so did not have a wait. Staff was helpful in recommending menu items. I ordered the grilled salmon with mango salsa and my husband had the Drum Florentine. The BEST meal we've had in Corpus Christi in a very long time! The Salmon was cooked to perfection and the sauce was out of this world! The seafood gumbo was Oh. My. Lawd!!! Delicious! Ceviche tostadas....delish! The hubs said the bread pudding was the best he's ever had and the Tres Leche cake was Devine! We will definitely be coming back!

Great food; everything we have tried, we have loved! Great atmosphere, quick service, very impressed! Always look forward to returning. Some of my favorites: soft shell crab sandwich, fish tacos, chicken fried steak, seafood soup, chicken marsala, steaks!��
