The food at the Blue Cove is muy delicioso!!! This was my first time eating at this excellent restaurant. I had the Drum Veracruz & Crab Potato soup, it was delicious. I will definitely be back & want to try other entrees on your menu.

If you're in the mood for great seafood and a freindly staff, The Blue Cove is a must when you're in Corpus. To rate a place a five it means I would definitely go back. Can't say that about too many places, especially when we're dealing with seafood. TexMex and burger joints are hit or miss...you can't do that with seafood. It's either good or it's bad. #TheBlueCove
Our first time to the Blue Clove, it was delicious. More food than we could finish. - Ahi Tuna (w/lemon butter on the side) with fresh vegetables / rice was excellent. (normally served with a wasabi dipper.) - Large shrimp stuffed with crab. We will be back!!!!
Fresh ingredients and an inspired cook come together in an amazing way. Every single dish that came across our table was perfect!
Our friends took us to the Blue Clove this past Saturday evening, and the food was excellent! I look forward to trying it again soon.
