I’ve been going here for a few years. A lot of the good stylist are not there anymore. All the girls are new, except Windaliz. Got my highlights done with Karla. Specifically said no gold. 2 days later they were copper gold. And so uneven. Chucks of highlights to one side only. Went back for a toner. Next day, the gold is back. Paid $300 for nothing. I’ve been getting my hair done with Windaliz for a little over two years now and I absolutely love her! She’s great and my hair always looks and feels amazing!! Balayage, haircuts and blowouts she does it all!
Worst customer service experience! I had been calling the number on the website for 3 days straight until I gave up when no one would ever answer, I then contacted them on Facebook and they responded with their number which was the same number I had been calling already I let them know that no one answers when I call and I gave them my personal phone number so they can contact me but no respond just got left on read .
Love the outcome of my hair, nice color and looking healthy. Great service 😍
