Booked an appointment online through their app and my call was returned by the stylist who was rude. While I am not a color expert nor do I know how long certain services take. I do not appreciate a call back telling me “first of all you have to come in for a color consultation ...then you aren’t giving me enough time ...”, without any introductions or may I assist you. I have sent my daughters there for occasions and I will no longer. Poor customer service. I will spend my $300 plus great tipping styles somewhere else
Bad services and bad hair stylist. Even got bleach in my eye while doing my hair.

Hands down the best salon I've EVER been to! I was there for a blow-out and some beachy waves and I was very impressed with the customer service I was given. From the moment I checked in to the moment I left, I was treated like royalty! Rebeca, Brianda, and Claudia were the sweetest! I also asked for last-minute braids and they killed it! I loved my hair and I was able to wear it the next day for an event! Definitely going back.
I had an AMAZING experience here! My balayage came out beautiful. I came back to get my hair cut/ styled and I was not disappointed! Michelle worked her magic ❤️✨
