Went to the Black Whale prior to ferrying over to the islands. We had a really nice lunch here. The "famous" clam chowder was good, but not jaw dropping. Guests had nice burgers that they enjoyed and our drinks were tasty and fair priced. Our server, Corey A, had a lot on his plate but was sufficient. We would come back here and sit at the beautiful bar.
High quality seafood restaurant at prices very reasonable for the quality. Parking lot shares the dock with many large fishing boats. Gets busy, so make reservations if want inside table. Plenty of space at indoor large bar and outside deck during summer.
Good food, descent portions, great wait staff, mixed drinks not so good. I stick to beer when I go there.

Our first time here and it’s FABULOUS!!! Salmon Spread & crackers, Cod Fritters and our meals Shrimp Scampi, Parmesan Crusted Chicken and Steak Tips. My mum fell in love with the Cappuccino! Our waitress Bryanna was amazing! She’s adorable! We’ll definitely be back!

Was disappointed on the lobster , 44.00 dollars on what the say is 1.1/4 pund Of lobster, may be shell, smashed potatoes and asparagus, meet was tuff and not sweet at all, I was. A tourist and was let down, they say bostan is the place for lobster
Great staff and great food! Loved shrimp cocktail and of course the Lobster roll! People were extremely friendly despite the fact that I had my Eagles jersey on! #GoBirds #FlyEaglesFly
