RecommendedWe chose to The Black Whale because of It’s convenient location at its Pier 3. What a pleasant surprise. It’s a charming environment and offers good food at fair prices. The portions were so huge, however, it felt wasteful. My second objection to the place was the offensively loud overhead music.
